Please double check that your email address and password match what you used when you signed up after installing the app. Also please double check that your password is correct; passwords are case-sensitive and should be free of any spaces.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can manually reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password?” button on the app sign-in page. You’ll receive a temporary password via email to sign in. You can change your password anytime by going to your profile and clicking “Change Password”.
